Preston took the time to answer a few questions for us regarding his experience as a Student Manager:
1. How is your student manager experience preparing you to be a future leader of sport?
My experience as a manager is preparing me by establishing strong work ethic, quick problem solving, and communication skills.
2. How did you become a Student Manager?
Wanted to help the team out however I could and got lucky enough to get an interview.
3. What has been the biggest adjustment to life as a student manager?
Time management. You must learn to juggle school, social life, and your duties as a manager.
4. What are your career goals?
I want to work in the front office for a Major League Baseball team.
